Joseph Kosinski is a director whose uncompromising visual style and dynamic approach to the filmmaking craft has quickly made a mark in the filmmaking zeitgeist. His second feature film, ‘OBLIVION’ starring Tom Cruise and Morgan Freeman, has grossed over $200 million worldwide since its release in April. His feature film debut, ‘TRON: LEGACY’, grossed over $400 million and was nominated for an Academy Award and a Grammy.
Kosinski’s work represents a diverse background in architecture, design, and music. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University before graduating from Columbia University with a Master's degree in Architecture.
