Born 1971 in Hannover, Germany, Marc Schölermann has directed numerous award winning television commercials and music videos for such clients as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Ferrero, Mazda, Volkswagen, Unilever, e-sixt and ZVV.
Marc started his directing career in 1984 at the age of 13 shooting his own super8 movies and remaking Indiana Jones films. Upon graduation he pursued work in film production, from location manager to assistant director, on various national and international television programmes and feature films, including “Tomorrow Never Dies”.
In 1996 he enrolled into Filmakademie Ludwigsburg to study directing and two years later was signed as a Director in Germany. Marc Schölermann’s commercials have received numerous awards and nominations including the Clio, Cannes Lions, Oneshow Pencil, Cresta Award, New York festivals and Art Director’s Club.
In 2007 Marc completed his first feature film “Pathology” through Lakeshore/MGM.
Marc signed to Another Film Company in March 2010.
