Sainsbury’s Bank Rewards Loyal Customers Annabel & Andrew.
AMV BBDO ECD Paul Brazier and Pretzel Films’ Jamie Maule Ffinch created the online campaign to launch Sainsbury’s Bank’s Facebook page.
The 112 sec films highlight two families’ hectic lives and feature Annabel and Andrew. They both drive their kids to different activities and then spend hours in the car just waiting. Sainsbury’s bank can’t make that wait any shorter but the team surprised them with some well deserved ‘me’ time and with a little pampering and relaxing, the madness of their family lives seems a million miles away. Both Annabel and Andrew had no idea that a treat was in store as they thought they were just being filmed for a documentary.
Jamie Maule-Ffinch is a comedy director and the films are wonderfully observed with some great comic nuances as well as being an intimate insight into the families’ lives and how a small reward can make the difference.
In a very short space of time, the two films combined, have received 250,000 hits on YouTube.
