Park Village continue their foray into the world of 4D video mapping with their latest spectacular film for the launch of the Clarion Hotel Post Gothenburg. Three months of Motion Graphic work with our friends at Drive, a live Green screen shoot with the billionaire Hotel CEO Petter Stordalen in Park Village's London studio culminated in a live event attended by over 7000 people.
Directed by Park Village's technical master craftsman Luke Losey, the brief was to create a five minute film explaining the transition of the Old Gothenburg Post Office into the Clarion Hotel Post, the new face of Gothenburg. The film involves a classical music score recorded with members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Six 30,000 lumen projectors were then set up in front of the building and all ambient streetlight shut down for the five minute flim.
