Harald Zwart has made a welcome return to the UK advertising scene with this playful commercial for Ford, which illustrates the friendly rivalry that exists between designers at the Ford factory as they endevaour to produce the best engine in its class, whether it be a Petrol engine or a Diesel engine.

Titled “Petrol versus Diesel”, the commercial marks an overdue reunion with Harald’s producer, Bash Robertson, as well as the brand which helped launch him onto the UK market back in 1997.

The Creative Director at Blue Hive/Ogilvy was Camilla Herberstein, the Producer for Ogilvy was Lyn Woodcraft, and the DOP was Geir Hartly Andreassen.
