TAИDEM have announced their most recent commercial representation signing – Dublin born director Rory Bresnihan.
Rory is an award-winning director specializing in the merging of live-action, character animation and special effects. Rory spent a year at National College of Art and Design in Dublin before moving into stop-frame animation. He was accepted at, and trained up for Aardman features division under tutors Nick Park, Pete Lord and Lloyd Price, before working with Tim Burton on Corpse Bride.
Rory now works predominantly in live-action and has a particular flare for magic realism and visual storytelling, with the ability to mix animation and live action seamlessly. His commercial work includes campaigns for Lotto (Ireland), Uniflu and Denny’s, working with agencies such as DDFH&B, Irish International and Y&R.
This recent signing compliments the current roster of directors at TAИDEM who produce work in every conceivable animation style and technique.
The studio’s collaborative approach to production, along with their London HQ comprising of an open-plan creative production office, a digital editing suite, a sound design facility and a film studio complete with motion-control and lighting rig – offers a full production service from creative development through to final picture, all under one characterful glass roof.
