Seed Produces Car Shop Campaign:
Seed Animation was commissioned by McCann Erickson, Birmingham to produce a TV Campaign for Car Shop that establishes the company’s rebranding.
McCann worked closely with Car Shop to develop the brand that supports the company’s fresh and unique approach to second hand car selling. The logo is made up of brightly coloured blocks that represent the variety of cars on offer.
It was Seed’s mission to add character to the new brand. Morgan Powell, Director says “Although we don’t see the characters inside the cars, we know the type of person they are by their driving style; each cube becomes a character we all know. The simplicity of the branding provides a rich playground of ideas for the campaign.”
The campaign begins with SALE, a commercial that launches Car Shop’s New Year Sale, which will be followed by a further 4 commercials to play out during the first quarter of 2012.
